| RGA's Liability Insurance Coverage is effective during an actual re-enactment, i.e., trail ride, gunfight, etc. as performed according to RGA's Safety Rules and Regulations. The audience is at THAT time covered from any accidental damage or injury incurred due to the re-enactments themselves. The insurance is under RGA's name only and not the individuals but the insurance covers the liability that would be caused by an accident or negligent act of one of the members. Responsibility will go to the individual under extreme conditions of irresponsibility. It is up to you as a member to not only familiarize yourself with the rules but know the rules and abide by them for the safety of everybody involved and also for your own financial protection. |
If your venue requires a COI, email Cody to verify your current status with RGA. Information needed by the insurance agent: Example: (Please submit ALL requests in this format) City of Fort Smith The agent will also list the event as Additionally Insured at no cost. For a "Certificate of Insurance" for your files (proof of policy), contact Cody first so your membership can be confirmed. I will then email the Insurance Agent and have her send you the COI with RGA named as the insured and COPY stamped across the certificate to prevent any tampering or altering of the document. This is a heightened level of security required by the underwriters to protect themselves and RGA. This will suffice at most events along with your RGA membership cards. |
