a reduced rate of $20 in lieu of the $35 on the
application. This is a one time offer for NEW applicants only
for
the partial year. Once a member, the rate will be at
the regular
$35
no matter what time of year you renew.

The price is $15 per year instead
of the regular $29.95 for 10 issues.
